I rather would like to avoid supporting such very old kernels.
The oldest supported kernel is 184.108.40.206.
Could you try using this for the toolchain?
What runtime problems occur, when you use 220.127.116.11 for toolchain
and then run the code on 18.104.22.168?
I verified that 22.214.171.124 works with uClibc-ng for mipsel toolchain.
